Core Values

Pathways for Gifted’s core values revolve around meeting the unique and individual needs of Talented and Gifted students through trust, innovation, partnership, and knowledge. Gifted students should be nurtured and empowered to take ownership of their learning journey with the goal of becoming independent, critical thinkers who are capable of innovative thought and creative problem solving. Each day they have the fundamental right to pursue their relentless curiosity and face challenges that develop perseverance, grit, and a love of learning through hard work.

In order to achieve these goals, all stakeholders must take a collaborative role built upon transparency, honesty, and accountability to ensure the student's unique needs are met and a strong support system created. By maintaining a deep and current understanding of gifted education, learning strategies, educational opportunities, and a commitment to  professional development my  knowledge and practices are always evolving. Through collaborative facilitation, Pathways for Gifted is dedicated to excellence and passionate advocacy to achieve the best possible outcomes for it's clients.

What I want Pathways for Gifted to be known for:

Known for Trust

I want the first thing that comes to peoples’ minds about PFG to be that it is trustworthy. This company values the promotion and development of the gifted children in our communities and engages with all parties in good faith to achieve this goal.

Known for Approachability

PFG is designed to work with all parties. I work tirelessly to engage with all peoples in meeting them where they are and guiding them to where they want to be. To that end, I want everyone to know that my door is open to all who share in our mission to support our gifted children.

Known for Partnership

Ideally, PFG is known to be a collaborative organization that works with individuals, groups, organizations, and government bodies to affect real change for our gifted children. I am deeply committed to the TAG community and strive to collaborate with everyone dedicated to supporting their success.

Known to be Innovative

PFG exists as an apparatus to deliver effective and proven pathways for success for gifted children. I want communities to know that my time in the industry continues to refine my approach with every case and every challenge.

Known for Expertise

I’ve worked in this industry for 25+ years, I’ve raised two TAG children and mentored dozens of families. What I bring to the table is security and assurance that when it comes to TAG programs, I’m leading the charge and putting in the work to develop them in a way few other programs can.

"Ignoring the exceptional is a disservice not only to the gifted child but to the future we all share; it is in nurturing their potential that we cultivate the innovations and insights that will shape our world."
